Romantic Getaway Near the Station
lovely balcony excellent shower warm welcome excellent coffee
the room was a superior room it included a lovely balcony for access to the outdoors the bathroom was very good with an excellent shower i appreciated the accommodating nature of the staff throughout my stay the location proved perfect for exploring many tourist attractions the hotel is very close to the airport tram stop it is a quick ten minute walk i enjoyed the warm welcome that included excellent coffee and cakes
the breakfast offered the same items each day i found the variety lacking a bit more attention to providing different options would enhance the experience

the hotel has proximity to the station access is very easy it is approximately a three minute walk the inner city is close too sights like mercato and piazza santé maria novella are easily accessible.

friendly staff comfortable rooms easy location comfy pillows
the staff was friendly! i especially liked the very comfy and tidy rooms. arriving and departing by train was easy because of the hotel's location. i also appreciated having several restaurants nearby. the linen was very comfy, especially the pillows.
the room was a bit echo-y due to sparse decorations, but it was fine for my short stay.

The hotel features a jacuzzi and a steam room. I spent time in both and they were very relaxing. the fitness center includes modern equipment for a complete workout, and it opens early in the morning.

The hotel is near the train station. I could easily walk there in about five minutes. the central location allowed convenient access to main attractions, and it made sightseeing easy.

The staff was very helpful and always smiling, and this. breakfast service was very pleasant. I was served with care and attention. luggage was handled efficiently. It was stored before check-in and delivered to my room.

The room had a useful fridge. This helped keep my drinks and snacks cold. the beds were very comfortable, and i slept soundly throughout the night. the bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure.

free sauna wide range friendly staff great location
the hotel features a sauna free during the day. i found the breakfast offered a wide range of selections. staffs were very friendly and very helpful to me. the hotel's location is very close to the train station, santa maria novella station.
i experienced a slight issue with the facilities. there was limited hours of operation and i had to book in advance when i wanted to visit the spa. i thought it was more of an open access concept but it was not.

cute staff comfortable bed good breakfast small room tiny shower scraping furniture
the staff greeted me very warmly upon my arrival. my room included a very comfortable bed. breakfast had good value for money.
the room i stayed in was small. the shower stall felt a bit claustrophobic. i also heard scraping furniture sounds during the days.

Good Hotel near the Station
bright room wide selection warm room air conditioning
The hotel has a superb location near the train station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. The breakfast room is bright, and the hotel offers a wide selection of options.
The air conditioning was not working in the room. It was very warm. The staff informed me the AC would not be turned on. They mentioned that it was due to the time of year, disappointing.
